How Ameya Innovex came to life.

Ameya Innovex grew out of Anexion Transformation, a strategy consulting and organisational development firm founded in 2012 by Dr Ajay Shrivastav. Years of working closely with business leaders showed one thing clearly: most growing businesses were running on tools that did not fit the way they actually work.

To solve that, the group moved into technology. Ayush Abhay, an IIM Ahmedabad alumnus, and Ritika Sinha, an IIT Indore alumna, founded Ameya Innovex to build customised CRM and business applications, starting with sectors like IT, finance and retail.

What began as custom projects has grown into Ameya AI Hub, a suite of business software for sales, tasks, ERP, service, HR, expenses and site operations. Alongside our products, we build custom software and websites, and offer technical consulting.
